What do I need to bring?
We provide tables and chairs - you only need to bring your picnic (sorry, no barbecues, naked flames or gazebos please), tablecloth/decorations, paper or plastic plates (no real glasses please, but bottles are fine)/cups/cutlery, travel rugs etc. Recycling facilities for glass bottles are available on site.
As this is an outdoor event and because the British summer can be unpredictable, please dress accordingly.
There's a group of us would like to come - what size are the tables?
The tables seat 8. Please do remember that seats are sold on a first come, first served basis!
What time should we get there?
The concert begins at 6:30pm and will finish at around 10:00pm.
In order to dress your table and set up your picnic, please arrive in good time - the tables/chairs and site will be available from 5:00pm
Is the concert suitable for all ages?
While the concert is aimed at adults, well-behaved/supervised children are welcome.
Is there level access for people with disabilities?
Yes, there is full disabled access.
Where can I park?
Free car parking is available in the lower car park at the Ian Clough Hall, there is parking behind Coral Bookmakers and there is also on-street parking.
Can I get a refund on my ticket?
No, we regret that tickets are non-refundable.
